After three months of preparation work, on March 6th, in this warm and vigorous Spring with flowers blooming, the opening ceremony of the First "Huilong" Class for the middle- and high-level backup talents training project for Hefei University of Technology - Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd., was grandly held in the Third Lecture Hall of the School of Management of HFUT. Comrade Zhang Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, Comrade Wang Yuenian, Deputy General Manager, Comrade Xu Hao, Deputy General Manager, Guo Haiwei, Financial Director, and Qian Jun, Deputy General Manager, from Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd., and Professor Hu Xiaoxuan, Dean of the School of Management of HFUT, and Li Xingguo, Director of the MBA Center at HFUT, attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Gan Xiangdong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Sinopharm Group.
At the opening ceremony, Gan Xiangdong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd., first represented Sinopharm to express heartfelt congratulations and warm welcome to all the students, and then thanked the School of Management of HFUT sincerely for its active support and guidance for this training project.
Comrade Zhang Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinopharm, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. He first expressed sincere gratitude to the relevant departments and personnel for their hard work in holding this training class. At the same time, he also expressed sincere greetings to students from various units and departments of Sinopharm. Comrade Zhang Ping stated that the class was named "Huilong" (“long”means “dragon”in Chinese), hoping that the students of this training class would be based in Anhui, inherit the excellent traditions of Huizhou merchants, carry forward the excellent culture of Huizhou merchants, uphold the spirit of the Chinese nation and flying dragon, and make positive contributions to the pharmaceutical health industry and people's health in Anhui Province. He also put forward two suggestions for this training class: firstly, fully understand the great significance of this training; secondly, strive to ensure the effectiveness of learning and training.
Subsequently, Dean Hu Xiaoxuan of the School of Management of HFUT delivered a speech, expressing warm congratulations on the opening of the "Huilong" Class on behalf of the School of Management, and thanking Sinopharm Group for its trust in the School. Dean Hu briefly introduced the development of the School of Management. The School has always been rooted in Chinese management practice, deeply integrating modern management theory and methods with the new generation of information technology, and is committed to cultivating leaders and management elites in the information age who are both moral and talented, have excellent abilities, and consciously serve the country. Dean Hu pointed out that the deep uncertainty in today's world posed great challenges to management, and encouraged students to take advantage of this opportunity to exercise their ability to solve new issues in new contexts.
At the end of the ceremony, Comrade Zhang Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd., and Hu Xiaoxuan, Dean of the School of Management at Hefei University of Technology, issued a letter of appointment to the “Huilong” Class committee. Sun Wei, the class president, read the "Student Action Commitment Letter".
This year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the beginning of the 14th Five-year Plan. It is believed that with the high attention from the senior management of Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd., the careful arrangement of the School of Management at Hefei University of Technology, and the high awareness of all students, this training project will undoubtedly promote the team management level of Sinopharm Group to a new level.
