Personal Introduction

Dr. LUO Biao, male, born in March 1978, is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology. He has been selected for the Talent Program of Anhui Provincial Outstanding Youth Science Foundation and granted the rolling support of the second phase.
He is mainly engaged in strategic management, consumer behavior and other research. He has presided over projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Project of Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education, and many other projects. He has published 78 academic papers in the Journal of Business Research, Annals of Operations Research, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Management Sciences in China, and other domestic and international academic journals. He has published one monograph, formulated one industry standard, and won one first prize and three second prizes for the Innovation Achievement Award for National Enterprise Management Modernization. His main academic positions include editorial board member of Journal of Modelling in Management.
