Abstract:The speaker will combine his experience as the deputy editor-in-chief and editorial board member of internationally authoritative business administration journals, and share the main process and precautions for academic papers from submission, rejection to acceptance. He will also combine personal research interests to discuss with the audience how to carry out responsible research on management science.
Autobiography:Professor CHEN Zhijun is the chief expert of the Innovation Team at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, director of the Department of Human Resources Management, academic director of the MBA Center at the School of Business. He currently serves as the deputy editor-in-chief ofHuman Relations(FT50) and a member of the editorial board for multiple academic journals on business administration. His research interests include leadership and employee proactive behavior, team management and employee well-being, and inclusive work design. His relevant achievements have been published in top journals of business administration, includingOrganization Science,Journal of Applied Psychology,Personal Psychology, etc. He has won multiple academic honors both domestically and internationally, including the Annual Reviewer Special Appreciation Award of Human Relations, the Ahern Young Scholar Research Award, the First Prize of Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Excellent Achievement Award, and the Excellent Achievement Award of Zhongzhen Research Fund.
