Abstract:Data quality determines service quality. With the deep integration of information systems and business processes, a large number of event logs are collected and stored. Process mining technology can extract process models from these logs, thereby optimizing the deployed business processes. This presentation mainly discusses how to improve the quality of event logs. Specifically, it includes two aspects: (1) business evolution issues; (2) Behavioral complexity issues. In response to the issues of business evolution, it mainly explores how concept drift detection technology can find the location of change points in log data, and then divide different process versions. In response to the issues of complex behavior, it mainly explores how trajectory clustering technology can cluster homogeneous behaviors in logs into a cluster, and reduce the complexity of the overall process model by displaying different behavior patterns.

Autobiography:Lin Leilei is a master's supervisor at Capital Normal University and a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University. His main research interests are process mining, big data processing and analysis, and Graph Convolutional Network (GCN). As of now, more than 40 papers of his have been published in IEEE TSC,IEEE TPDS,CAISE,ICSOC,DASFAA,Chinese Journal of Computers,Journal of Software, and other domestic and foreign journals/ conferences. He has led or participated in more than ten projects, including the National Key R&D Plan Program, the Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Science and Technology Project of Beijing Municipal Education Commission, etc. He has received 5 national invention patents and software copyrights, and has been awarded the Beijing Excellent Youth Science and Technology Paper. He currently serves as a member of the Chinese Conference on Business Process Management, an executive member of CCF - TC Service Computing, a judge of the China Software Service Innovation Competition, and a reviewer for multiple domestic and foreign journals. His research and development achievements have been successfully applied to GAC Toyota, China Merchants Real Estate, Taikang Insurance Group, and others.
