Recently, good news has come one by one. Three research results from the School of Management at Hefei University of Technology have been successively accepted byMIS Quarterly, a top international journal in management.
The collaborated research results of Professor Wang Gang, Academician Yang Shanlin, and Professor Huimin Zhao from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee in the United States aim at predicting financial risk and personal loan credit risk of listed companies. In response to the problem of multi-source heterogeneous big data fusion calculation, based on machine learning bias theory, a multi-source heterogeneous big data self-adaptive fusion learning method with hybrid strategy is proposed. It has achieved self-adaptive fusion of different types of features and risk prediction, providing theoretical guidance for the application of multi-source heterogeneous data in the field of risk management in the era of big data. The collaborated research results of Professor Chai Yidong and Professor Hsinchun Chen from University of Arizona, among others, aim to address the increasingly globalized phenomenon of cyber threats. Through adversarial deep learning, a cross-lingual model for detecting cyber security threats is proposed, which fully integrates cyber security information in multi-languages to achieve cross-lingual cyber threat detection, analysis, and early warning. This provides a theoretical basis for addressing the challenges of increasingly globalized cyber threats. Professor Chai Yidong is the second author and corresponding author of this paper. Another research achievement jointly conducted by Professor Chai Yidong and Professor Hsinchun Chen focuses on the correlation between virtual space and cyber security in the real world. By establishing a deep structured semantic model based on attention mechanism, the correlation between virtual network and cyber security in the real world is explored, and real-time analysis of cyber threats in virtual space is used to accurately alert cyber security in the real world, and help real-world business organizations take appropriate security measures in advance.
