The Graduation Ceremony of the Huilong Class, the Training Class for the Middle- and High-level Backup Talents of Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd., Was Successfully Held
On the morning of September 4th, the graduation ceremony of the Huilong Class, the training class for the middle- and high-level backup talents of Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd., was grandly held at the Four Points by Sheraton Hefei. Hu Xiaoxuan, Dean of the School of Management of HFUT, Li Xingguo, Director of the MBA & MPA Management Center of HFUT, Zhang Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinopharm Group, Gan Xiangdong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Sinopharm Group, and Principal of the Huilong Class, and other leaders from Sinopharm Group, attended the closing ceremony.
Zhang Ping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinopharm Group, delivered a speech at the closing ceremony. He stated that after more than a year of hard work, the training successfully completed and achieved good results. He hoped that all the students could apply what they had learned to practical work and solve practical problems, and when faced with the new requirements of the new era, they would fully recognize their responsibilities, struggle side by side with Sinopharm, grow together, and create brilliance together!
Hu Xiaoxuan, Dean of the School of Management, sincerely congratulated the students on their successful graduation. Since the official opening of the Sinopharm Group’s Huilong Class in March 2021, it has lasted for one and a half years, with a total of 267 training hours. Through the joint efforts of the School of Management of HFUT and Sinopharm Group, the curriculum plan was carefully designed, with over 30 experts and scholars participating in the instruction, lectures, and guidance of the Huilong Class. He hoped that all the students would see the completion of this training as a new starting point, continue to strengthen their learning, and strive to become excellent talents with “high political quality, strong management ability, excellent expertise, good work performance, and fine innovation and entrepreneurship”, striving to create a new situation in their work!
Gan Xiangdong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Sinopharm Group, and Principal of the Huilong Class, delivered a speech. He stated that the opening of this talent training class is an important measure to implement the company's Party Committee's efforts to promote reform and development, strengthen the company's key talent construction, and provide important talent support for its 14th Five-year Plan development. The training class was conducted through repeated research and scientific arrangement in terms of training plan, curriculum design, trainer arrangement, and discussion and exchange. He hoped that all the students would continue to study and make continuous progress after the training ended.
At the graduation ceremony, the "Decision on the Evaluation of Excellence and Advancement in the Middle- and High-level Backup Talents Training Class of Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd." was read.
It is reported that the School of Management of HFUT and Sinopharm Group Anhui Co., Ltd. will continue to deepen their exchanges and cooperation in various fields, such as talent cultivation and management research.
