On August 31, 2022, a delegation composed of Professor Fu Chao, Vice Dean of the School of Management, Professor Jiang Yuanchun, Vice Dean of the School, Professors Liu Yezheng, Pei Jun, and Sun Jianshan from the Department of E-Business and E-commerce, Professor Zhao Ju from the Department of Logistics Management, and Associate Professor Du Xianjin from the Department of Business Administration, went to Three Squirrels Co., Ltd. to carry out talent cultivation and school-enterprise cooperation.
Deng Shichao, the General Manager of the Human Resources Headquarters of Three Squirrels, and other corporation leaders warmly welcomed the visit of the delegation from the School of Management, providing a detailed introduction to the current development status, operation and management models, and talent needs of Three Squirrels. He also expressed his expectation of conducting in-depth cooperation with the School of Management for talent cultivation, internship and employment, and other aspects.
Fu Chao, Vice Dean of the School of Management, expressed gratitude for the reception of Three Squirrels. He introduced the mission & vision, discipline construction, faculty & staff, talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, etc. of the School of Management of HFUT, focusing on the 2023 version of the School's training plan, and AACSB talent cultivating plan. He also hoped that the School of Management and Three Squirrels could work together in fields such as internship bases, student employment, and teaching and research, to carry out innovation cooperation of talent cultivation and scientific research, and deepen the collaborative education mechanism of industry-education integration.
Both parties conducted in-depth exchanges on talent cultivation models for majors such as E-Business and E-Commerce, Information Management and Information Systems, Business Administration, and Logistics Management. They reached a deep cooperation intention in professional talent cultivation, and students’ internship and employment , and reached a consensus on the establishment of an internship base at Three Squirrels by the School of Management of HFUT.
