Personal Introduction

Dr. LIAO Baoyu, male, is a young lecturer and  master's supervisor in the Department of Information Management, School of Management, Hefei University of Technology. He began his undergraduate study in Hefei University of Technology in 2008 and graduated with a dotor's degree from the same university in 2020. His major is information management and information system of the management science and engineering discipline, and his supervisor is Yang Shanlin, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He was approved on a Ph.D.  joint training program for national public universitis, went to study at the University of Florida in the United States in 2018, and returned to China at the end of 2019. He has been working in the Department of Information Management, School of Management, Hefei University of Technology since July 2020. In terms of scientific research, he is mainly engaged in basic theoretical and applied research on manufacturing process optimization, industrial big data analysis and intelligent manufacturing model innovation, in the industrial Internet environment. He is currently presiding over one Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) , participating in one National Major Research and Development Program and one general project of NSFC . He has published many papers in International Journal of Production Research, Annals of Operations Research, and other high-level journals in his field and on related research issues. In terms of teaching, he is mainly engaged in teaching of information management, information system development and big data analysis. He mainly teaches "Programming Language", "Information System Analysis and Design", "Management Information System" and other professional courses, and is committed to training professional talents in the field of information management and information system. In terms of social practice, he has nearly 10 years of self-employment experience in the Internet software industry and has presided over the development of dozens of commercial-level application service systems and platforms. At present, he still continues to maintain in-depth attention, study and research on cloud computing, SaaS software development, IoT intelligent interconnection system and other new generation information technology.
