Personal Introduction

Dr. WANG Jianwen, born in March 1964, doctor in management, is an associate professor in the Department of Accounting, School of Management, Hefei University of Technology.  His main research interests cover securities investment and capital operation, securities investment, corporate governance, corporate finance, management accounting, and futures and options. He was the director of Anhui Association of Chief Accountants, the deputy director of Management Accounting Expert Committee, the financial commentator of Anhui Economic Radio, the financial opinion analysis expert commentator of Anhui Branch of Xinhua News Agency, the advisor of Anhui Securities Company, etc.  Main Achievements  He has presided over the project of Anhui Social Sciences Planning Office and Anhui Province Federation of Social Sciences in 2000 (Research on the Development Potential of Anhui Listed Companies), the project of Anhui Province Federation of Social Sciences in 2005 (Research on the Choice of Anhui Venture Capital Operation Model),  the project of Anhui Province Federation of Social Sciences in 2007 (Intensification of Housing and Reconstruction of Rural Life). He has participated in the research of some projects of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Research on Price Pressure of Domestic Listing of High Quality Large Enterprises, Research on the Incentive Mechanism for High-level Executive Officers of Listed Companies in China, Impact of the Unlocking of Restricted Shares on the Market, etc.). He has been engaged in the research on the optimization of governance structure and information disclosure of listed companies, and the research on management accounting for a long time. He has published Management Accounting, The Rising Anhui Board, Interest Convergence and Trench Defense Under Market Behavior Guidance, Research on Market Behavior Control of Significant Shareholders, and other books. He has also published more than 30 papers in academic journals such as Chinese Journal of Management Science, East China Economic Management, Accounting Newsletter, Friends of Accounting, etc.  "The Characteristic Capital Management Business of Huishang Futures" and the "Old Farmer Fresh -- an Online and Offline Fresh Food Brand" have been included in China Management Case Center, and "Recycling Economy Originated from "Rag Picking" has been included in China Professional Degree Teaching Case Center.
