Personal Introduction

Dr. LUO Zhengqing, male, born in November 1963, is a native of Fanchang, Anhui Province (now Sanshan District, Wuhu City). He is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and a professor. He was awarded as Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Teacher in Anhui Higher Education Institutions in 2000, and was a visiting scholar at the Business School of Kurume University in Japan from November 2002 to May 2003. He is mainly engaged in the research of decision analysis, logistics and supply chain management, marketing, human resource management and social security, regional development planning, and science and technology innovation management.

He has presided over the Project of Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education ("Research on the Influence of Demographic Structure on the Redistribution Effect of China's Basic Pension Insurance System", the Eleventh Five-Year Plan Bidding Project of Anhui Provincial Development and Reform Commission ("Research on the Administrative Division of Anhui Province"),  the Major Bidding Project of Anhui Provincial Soft Science Research Program ("Research on the Government Purchase Service Mechanism of Common Technology R&D Institutions"), Anhui Provincial Soft Science Research Program Project ("Research on the Establishment and Interaction of Science and Technology Cooperation System between Anhui and Yangtze River Delta"), Anhui Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project ("Research on Stock Option Incentive Program for State-owned Enterprise Operators in Anhui Province"), and more than 20 projects of Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Anhui Department of Human Resources and Social Security, etc.

He has published more than 70 papers in core journals such as  Systems Engineering--Theory and Practice, Studies in Science of Science, Research on Scientific Research Management, Science and Technology Progress and Countermeasures, Journal of Zhejiang University, Chinese Journal of Information, Systems Engineering, Social Security Research, Forecasting, Rural Economy, Population and Economy, East China Economic Management, and other national and international conferences.

He has been awarded one second prize of Anhui Provincial Social Science Literature and Art Award (Thesis), one first prize, one second prize and two third prizes of Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievement Award, the Excellent Instructor of National E-commerce Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Creativity Challenge, and HFUT's First "Heli Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship President Award (Excellent Instructor).
