Personal Introduction
Dr. PEI Jun, a professor and doctoral supervisor, is currently teaching in the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of manufacturing resource operation optimization in the intelligent and connected environment. He is in charge of the Outstanding Youth Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He has published academic papers as the first author in Management Science, Production and Operations Management, INFORMS Journal on Computing, European Journal of Operational Research, etc. He has published one English monograph in Springer Publishing House. He has been granted 24 national invention patents and 4 US invention patents. He has been awarded one first prize of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, one special prize and one first prize of Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievement Award and one special prize of Anhui Provincial Online Teaching Award. He is the vice chairman of the International Society of Global Optimization, the editor-in-chief of the international journal of Energy Systems, the vice editor-in-chief of such international journals as Journal of Global Optimization, Journal of Combinatorial Optimization, Optimization Letter, Computational Social Networks, Operations Research Forum, and the guest editor of the international journal of Annals of Operations Research. He is also a young engineering management expert of Engineering, the main journal of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the secretary general of Intelligent Manufacturing Committee of Chinese Society of Systems Engineering.
