Personal Introduction

Dr. WANG Youying, female, born in February 1992, received double doctorate degrees respectively from the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China, and from the School of Business, City University of Hong Kong.

She is mainly engaged in the research of information system behavior, information system usage, knowledge management, enterprise management and employee innovation. She has hosted multiple projects such as the Philosophy and Social Science Cultivation Project of HFUT and the Special Research Initiation Project for Young Teachers of HFUT. She has published 9 academic papers in Information & Management, International Journal of Information Management, Information Technology & People, Journal of Knowledge Management and other international academic journals, and in International Conference on Information Systems and other top academic conferences in the field of information system. She is currently a member of the Intelligent Manufacturing Systems Engineering Committee of the Chinese Society of Systems Engineering, and a reviewer for several internationally recognized journals.
