Qian, Xiaofei

Personal Introduction

Dr. QIAN Xiaofei, male, master's supervisor, is currently teaching in the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology.

1. Research        

He is mainly engaged in the research of predictive maintenance decision-making and quality assurance strategy management for equipment in the new generation information technology environment, supply chain management, information security, big data analysis, game theory and method, decision-making science and technology, etc. He is in charge of many research projects, including the General Project and the Youth Project of NSFC, the Sub-project of the Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Academic Newcomer Enhancement Program B & Program A,  the Special Grant Funded Project for Doctoral Staff of Hefei University of Technology. He has published more than 10 papers in International Journal of Production Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society, International Transactions in Operational Research and other mainstream international high-level journals in the field of management. He has applied for/authorized more than 20 national invention patents, and co-edited one English monograph published by Springer. He has also served as an anonymous reviewer for international journals of EJOR, IJPR, JORS, etc. 

 2. Teaching

He mainly teaches such courses as "Operations Research", "Management Decision-making Analysis", "Decision Support System", "Data Modeling and Decision Making", "Decision-making Theory and Methodology" to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has participated in the Anhui Provincial First-class Online-offline Hybrid Course Project of "Operations Research", and the HFUT Curriculum Ideology and Politics Demonstration Project of "Operations Research". As an instructor, he has guided students to win one second prize of Anhui Provincial College Student E-commerce Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship Competition and three provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Projects.
