Personal Introduction

Dr. Tang Xiao'an, male, is a teacher, associate professor and master's supervisor in the Department of Information Management, School of Management, Hefei University of Technology. He has been to the University of Alberta, Canada, as a national public joint training doctoral student from Dec 2017 to Dec 2018. In recent years, he is mainly engaged in research and teaching in group intelligent decision-making, complex product development decision-making, etc. He has presided over many scientific research projects, such as the Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Project of Anhui Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, the Academic Newcomer Enhancement Program B Project of Hefei University of Technology, the Key Laboratory Open Fund Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Industrial Equipment Quality Big Data, etc. He has participated in the Key Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Consulting Project of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Key R&D Program Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as many other projects entrusted by enterprises including China North Industries Group Corporation Ltd., Electronics Fifth Research Institute, Chery Automobile, etc. He has published more than 20 papers in mainstream domestic and international journals, such as INF, INS, KBS, IEEE TFS, Chinese Journal of Management Science and so on. He has served as a peer reviewer for IEEE TSMC, IEEE TCYB, INF, INS, KBS, CAIE and other internationally recognized journals.
