Personal Introduction

Dr. LUO Xuan, female, Chongqing native, associate professor and master's supervisor, graduated with PhD from Zhejiang University.

She has been engaged in practical management in enterprises for nearly ten years. As a teacher, she has been engaged in the research of enterprise development strategy, regional innovation, knowledge management and corporate governance for a long time.

In the past five years, she has presided over 5 projects and participated in 15 projects, including 7 projects at the provincial or ministerial level, 5 projects at the local and departmental level and other projects, and 3 horizontal projects. She has participated in editing two textbooks, Strategic Management of Enterprises, and Management Communication: Theory, Practice, Trends. She has published more than dozens of academic papers.
