Personal Introduction

Dr. YAO Lushi, male, born in November 1962, is currently a professor in the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology, and the director of the Institute of Securities and Futures. He is mainly engaged in research work in capital market, accounting, etc. He has presided over and participated in more than 30 projects, including the Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Project of National Social Science Foundation of China, the Key Research Project of China Securities Association, the Joint Research Project of Shanghai Stock Exchange, etc. He has published more than 90 academic papers in China Management Science, Accounting Research, International Financial Research, and other core journals. He has also published 18 books, including Research on Chinese Capital Market, Research on Sustainable Development of Listed Companies, etc. He has won one first prize,  three second prizes and three third prizes of Social Science Achievement Award at provincial and ministerial levels, and two prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award at provincial level. His main academic positions include the Secretary-general of the Higher Engineering College and University Branch of China Accounting Society and the Vice President of Anhui Association of Chief Accountants.
