Abstract：Accurately predicting treatment outcome before or after therapy can help physicians make better and personalized treatment plan to improve patient survival rate and quality in cancer therapy. An automated multi-objective learning (AutoMO) method will be introduced to build a balance, safe and robust prediction model. The strategies on model construction and optimization as well as the applications on multiple cancer sites will be presented.
