Personal Introduction

Dr. LONG Dan was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, in April 1984. She graduated from Nankai University with a doctoral degree and is an associate professor and master's supervisor at the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology. Her research interests cover innovation and entrepreneurship management. She has presided over more than 10 research projects, including the General Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Humanities and Social Science Project of the Ministry of Education. She has published more than 40 papers in Entrepreneurship Research Journal (SSCI), International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior & Research (SSCI), Chinese Soft Science, Management Science, and other authoritative journals. She has been awarded various awards, such as the first "Academic Newcomer Award for Doctoral Students" of the Ministry of Education, the Highly Evaluated Paper Award of Emerald Publishing Group in 2011, and the second prize of the 13th Social Science Excellent Achievement Award of Tianjin City.
