Personal Introduction

Dr. LUO He has presided over a number of projects or issues, such as the National Key Research and Development Program Project, the Innovation Special Zone Program of the Science and Technology Committee of the National Military Commission, the National Defense 973 Program Project , the Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Project of Natural Science Foundation of Anhui Province, and participated as a key member in a number of projects, such as the National Defense Basic Research Project, the Key Project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Major Special Project of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology. At the same time, he has cooperated with many enterprises in research and development, and jointly promoted the practice and application of core technologies in the fields of national defense, electric power, transportation, etc. He has won two first prizes and one second prize of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress award. In recent years, he has published more than 50 academic papers, and has been granted 3 U.S. invention patents, more than 40 Chinese national invention patents, and more than 10 computer software copyrights. Four master students under his guidance have been awarded national scholarships.
