Personal Introduction
Dr. FU Weizhong, male, born in December 1962, is currently a professor of the School of Management of Hefei University of Technologyand the director of the Institute of Development Strategy.
He is mainly engaged in the research of strategic management, innovation management, human resource management, etc. He has presided over dozens of projects such as the sub-project of the National Key Research and Development Program, the Humanities and Social Science Project of the Ministry of Education, and the Major Soft Science Project of Anhui Province, etc. He has published more than 80 academic papers in domestic and international academic journals such as Soft Science, Science and Technology Progress and Countermeasures, and others. He has published three monographs, and is the deputy editor-in-chief of Enterprise Management, the national planning textbook of the "10th Five-Year Plan", "11th Five-Year Plan" and "12th Five-Year Plan", which won the second prize of the First National Excellent Textbook Award in 2021. He has been awarded the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, and the Special Prize and the First Prize of Anhui Provincial Teaching Achievement Award. He is the executive director of Anhui Audit Society and vice president of Anhui Management Science Application Research Society.
